At Lahore Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return or refund, please contact us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund or replacement has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

Please note that items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for a refund.
